The Paradox Key

The paradox key is a brand that represents the struggle with emotions and anxiety. It speaks to the idea of living in a cage, or comfort zone, as we battle with these internal demons. Each day is a struggle, as anxiety attacks threaten to hold us back from living our lives to the fullest. But within each of us lies the very key to our freedom.

Context

Anxiety disorders are a category of mental health diseases marked by excessive anxiety, concern, or dread in specific situations or in a person’s life in general. Social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and generalised anxiety disorder are examples of anxiety disorders, each with its unique set of symptoms and causes.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that can assist people in understanding and changing patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours associated with an anxiety problem. To assist patients grasp their situation and overcome negative thought habits, therapists may employ metaphors and other strategies. Trauma is a traumatic experience that can have long-term effects on a person’s mental and emotional well-being.
